Plansy — a salon calendar that keeps track of visits for you
A custom web application where the Zwierciadło Urody salon in Nowy Targ runs its schedule, clients and all client communication. Connected to the salon’s website — the same price list, the same opening hours — and comfortable to use on a phone.

The heart of the system
A calendar that sees the whole salon at once
Day, week and month views color-coded by staff member, with confirmation status and a quick preview of visit details.
Why
A growing salon had outgrown its desk calendar.
A paper schedule, reminders sent by hand from a personal phone, review requests sent "whenever someone remembers" — with several staff members and many treatments a day, it all gets lost in the daily grind. The salon needed one place to see the whole day, a client's whole history, and every message sent.
Instead of squeezing into an off-the-shelf booking system with a subscription and a fixed feature set, we built a tool cut to fit: this salon's treatments, this salon's staff, and how they actually work — designed to be run mostly from a phone. And because it shares its data with the salon's website, nothing has to be entered twice.
What Plansy does
01 — Today on one screen
Who's coming in today, who hasn't confirmed, who should get a review request — it's all visible the moment you open the app, before the first client walks in.
02 — A new appointment in a few taps
Start typing a name and the system suggests the client and her treatment “same as last time”. Free slots are shown for the whole week, and in the month view the days the visit fits into light up green.
03 — “As usual”
A client comes in every five weeks, usually on a Tuesday afternoon? The system notices and suggests the next appointment right then — making it easy to book the next visit before she leaves the salon.
04 — Reminders go out on their own
A text with the date, time and directions goes out automatically, at a sensible hour. After the visit — a request for a Google review.
05 — No-shows under control
The system remembers who didn't turn up for a booked visit. The salon sets its own rules: next time it can ask for a deposit or block bookings altogether.
06 — Know what pays
Estimated income calculated from the price list, the best-earning treatments, the busiest hours, and how many new clients come back for another visit. Decisions about promotions and the schedule stop being guesswork.
07 — Nothing gets lost
Every change in the calendar is recorded in its history. An appointment deleted or moved by accident comes back with one click.

Client communication
Fewer no-shows, more reviews — with no extra work.
Automatic reminders cut no-shows without phoning every client one by one. Review requests go out right after the visit, while the impression is fresh. A bulk text tells the whole client base about a new treatment or promotion.
One system
The salon's website and calendar speak the same language.
Plansy works together with zwierciadlourody.pl, which we also designed. A new price in the price list goes straight into the calendar and the statistics, and changed opening hours show up on the website and in the schedule at once. The salon runs one offer, not two.

“The best calendar is one that remembers clients on its own — so the salon can focus on treatments, not reminders.”
